Stress Reduction Specialists
Our team is specialized in helping people lower their stress levels through our "stress technique aiding reduction (Star) " backed by Scientific research that has recently been used by General Electric for over 20 Leaders and Executives. Over the last couple of years, emerging evidence from human and animal studies has indicated that stress also leads to changes in epigenetic signatures. The functional consequences of these changes, among them altered gene expression, have been shown to modulate the psychobiological stress response. Some recent studies now show that psychosocial interventions, such as stress prevention and stress management, can alter epigenetic processes.

Recognizing the dire need to improve skills development, in 1998, the South African Parliament ratified the Skills Development Act which defined a new Sector Training and Education Authority (SETA) system. In essence, the plan was to develop a series of sector skills plans within a clearly defined framework of the National Skills Development Strategy.is an initiative of the National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS). SETA's facilitate training for out-of-school youth as well as anyone who needs additional skills and further training. We are proud to be a Services Seta (SSETA) and ETDP Seta from where we draw and design learning and development interventions across 100 programs
